When we ask you for information, we tell you, or it will be clear, what we need to fulfill your request and how we use it. We may use or disclose Personal Information for one or more of the purposes listed below:
We do not sell or rent your personal information for monetary consideration. However, like many Web sites, our Web site uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies provided by third-party advertising and analytics partners]. These partners may collect information about your visits to our Web site, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and property searches, and use it to show you advertisements about United Real Estate Group and our property listings on other Web sites and platforms and to measure the effectiveness of those advertisements. Under the CPRA, making this information available to these partners may be considered a “sale” of Personal Information or “sharing” of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have sold or shared the following categories of Personal Information to or with third-party advertising and analytics partners: (1) identifiers, such as IP address, cookie identifiers, and device identifiers; (2) internet or other electronic network activity information, such as browsing and search activity on our Web site; (3) commercial information, such as properties viewed or searched; (4) general geolocation data derived from your IP address; and (5) inferences drawn from the foregoing about your property preferences and interests. Global Privacy Control. Our Web site recognizes and honors opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). If your browser or browser extension sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of Personal Information associated with that browser or device and, if known, with your account or other consumer profile. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a consumer under 16 years of age without verification of parental or legal guardian consent, as appropriate, we will delete that information.

For all other violations of the CPRA, you may file a consumer complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency, including through the electronic complaint system available on the Agency’s website at https://cppa.ca.gov. If you choose to file a complaint, explain exactly how the business violated the CPRA, and describe when and how the violation occurred. Please note that the California Privacy Protection Agency cannot represent you or give you legal advice on how to resolve your individual complaint.
We do not offer a financial incentive or price or service difference in exchange for the retention, sale, or sharing of Personal Information about you or sensitive Personal Information about you.
We reserve the right to change or amend this CCPA/CPRA Privacy Notice to address new issues of privacy and information security and to reflect changes to our Web site or business practices. We will review and update this notice at least once every 12 months.
When we make changes, we will post the updated notice in this section of the United Real Estate Group Web site and update the notice’s effective date. Your continued use of our Web site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
